OPEN GYM

Sometimes life gets in the way of making our 3-6 CrossFit classes a week.

If you want to make up for missing a particular workout, benchmark, or lift, or just need a little extra time outside of class to work on skills, drills, technique, or perform work that’s been assigned to you from your Coach, our Open Gym can help.

Members are expected to have a general foundational knowledge of, and experience in, CrossFit movements before attending open gym.
